The Process from Start to Finish
Client Consultation
- During the client consultation we understanding your needs and explore ideas to develop an atmosphere and setting that will be perfect for your occasion.
Concept Design Development
- Following the client meeting the design team sets to work on the technical drawings and 3D visuals, the production team then develops the lighting and effects to fit with the design.
Client Briefing and Sign Off Meeting
- The client briefing and sign off involves presenting the design concept. The client can then see the event taking shape and understands the position of the stage, branding and graphics around the room, the seating arrangements, and the anticipated lighting /sound effects…all before the event takes place.
Bespoke Build
- Once the design has been agreed the in-house joiners set to work on developing any bespoke build aspects of the design.
Production and AV Development
- Through the production of uniquely created entrance and show production effects, your event will stand out from any other. The Production and AV management team work with you to gain the desired effects.
Event Set Up
- Spacecraft arrange a suitable set up time, with the venue, for the team to install the set and equipment. The team then set top work on the build. When you arrive at the venue the set will be ready for you to check over and sign off.
Delivery
- Prior to the event all speakers and key personnel are briefed, given a ‘walk and talk through’ of the show and given a chance to test the equipment and ensure it is to their satisfaction. We aim to make the speakers look good so that they are in control and deliver to the audience. Timing is everything so the rehearsal time is very important to ensure a seamless event.
De-rig and Storage
- The team sets to work on dismantling the set and packing all the equipment away once all the delegates have left the event and the client has given approval. The bespoke aspects of the set are then taken back to the warehouse for safe storage ready for the next event.
Client Debrief Meeting
- Following all events the production manager meets with the client to run over all aspects of the event and to look at exciting news ways in which the event can be developed further.
