Spacecraft Events is the first company in the North East to manufacture and use ‘Microphone Balls’. Catchable microphones are the new craze for questions and answer sessions at large scale conference and events.
Eddie McKay, AV Director at Spacecraft Events first saw this style of microphone being used abroad and decided to develop his own concept for Spacecraft’s clients.
Microphone Balls are catchable, brightly coloured sponge balls that can be thrown from delegate to delegate, making questions and answers sessions more interactive.
Eddie commented, ‘I first saw this type of microphone being used at a conference delivered in Madrid and I wanted to experiment and produce something similar for our clients. After a few different prototypes were produced in house we managed to manufacture a safe, fun and practical microphone ball which can be used at events and conferences.’
